Motherhood is...
sleepless nights
I'm not going to lie, this week has been quite a struggle for us in the sleep department. With Ke'alohi's second tooth coming in, she has been extremely fussy and has been waking up two or three times on most nights. Though we are tired and at times delirious, I'm taking these moments as an opportunity to take some photos of our sweet little girl.

ReplyDeleteI remember those sleepless nights when you were a baby. Delirious, that's a great word but remember, this too shall pass. Ke'alohi is working her way through this and she will come out of it just fine. Just more milestones to get through.

ReplyDeleteTeething was rough around our house as well. We tried almost everything and the only thing that brought our son any relief was infant tylenol. I only gave it at bedtime, but it did help him sleep a little sounder. Her eyes in this photo are just beautiful!! Thanks for linking up this week!
ReplyDeleteOh, teething is a tough time to be a parent. But, I like that you're enjoying the time to focus on the sweet parts of this journey. It will end before you know so I think your perspective will be one that you'll be thankful for down the line.
ReplyDeleteSweet baby! So true- the sleepless nights! I hope it doesn't last long for you guys.. teething is no fun at all!
